For many kids, after-school programs provide more than just activities—they’re a safe space to learn, grow, and belong. But for underserved K-8 students, these opportunities are disappearing as schools struggle with funding cuts.

That’s where Active Children Portland (ACP) steps in. We partner with schools and other community organizations to bring high-quality, no-cost programming in education, sports, and mentorship to students who need it most.

Your Gift Opens the Door to Opportunity

Your donation directly funds essential programming for kids who would otherwise miss out.

Every dollar helps ACP serve schools that are unable to afford programs on their own—ensuring that every child, no matter their background, has access to the support they deserve.

Join Us in Making a Difference

Without funding, these programs simply don’t exist for many children. Your donation directly changes lives by providing mentorship, education, and safe spaces for kids to thrive.

Becoming a monthly donor by Joining The Huddle means that youth are guaranteed opportunities to play, learn, and grow through ACP Programs.
